As Track lead I was responsible to migrate an out of date application tot manage Policy and Claims to the company's new architecture.
The migration comprises set up of new policy and claims functionality, new datawarehouse and reporting, document management and data migration.
In an organisation fully focused on Agile transformation with all the initial flaws and hickups teams were navigating in the world of priorities and delivery.
The real challenge is soft change, coming from an integrated platform (albeit technically non supported), moving towards a more generic set of components. This was leading to full attention and balance of the coworkers' needs next to more technical requirements.
